Meet Sam Veen Head Butcher and the gorgeous Longhorn cattle of English Farm, Nuffield, Oxfordshire.
The farm is organic and regenerative and the cattle 100% grass fed. The team at English Farm strongly believes in the adage “you are what you eat”. They say the great flavour of their beef comes from their cattle’s organic diet and low stress lives.
There are very few Longhorn cattle farms in the UK and even fewer with a butchery on site.
