Comedy legend Jo Brand is at Hemel Hempstead’s Old Town Theatre on Sat 20th May at 8pm. This is a great chance to see her work in progress in an intimate setting.
Dara O’Brien is back on tour and performing at Aylesbury’s Waterside Theatre on Sat 20th May at 8pm.
Oxfordshire’s Rectory Farm PYO strawberry season is starting on Friday 19th. Please check fruit availability before travel via their social media. If their strawberries have run out, they do have some asparagus and artichokes (take secateurs for the later) and a wonderful café and playground to enjoy.
It’s Oxfordshire’s Young Farmers County Show on Sunday 21st in Remenham (nr. Henley) – there’s a petting zoo, heavy horses, dog shows, farming displays, bar and refreshments.
Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park is on all weekend in Marlow with live music from bands including Fleetwood Mac and the Sugababes and Ed Ryder plus cooking demos and lots of great food.
Marlow Market is on Sat 20th May 10am-3pm and Cooper’s Market is in Old Amersham on Sunday 21st 10am-3pm both with fantastic local artisan food and drink.
